Tour Booking

You may reserve the booking online or by contacting us. Our internal tour operators will validate the tour before confirming with you. Once confirmed, you will have to make a advance to our official bank account to confirm the tour. Please do not share any of your payment details other than the transaction number and amount. We will not ask for it.

Refund

Refunds can be arranged once requested. In some cases, our hotels may refuse to refund the hotel booking fee specially if it is closer to the stay. Otherwise, we will refund all what we can.

Cancellation

You may cancel the booking any time, but our hotels may refuse to refund the hotel booking fee specially if it is closer to the stay. Otherwise, we will refund all what we can.
